TPL Direct Insurance Limited has shown expression of interest to acquire shares of American Life Insurance Company (Pakistan) Limited {Alico}, according to a notification on Friday. Alico said that it has received an expression of interest for the acquisition of shares of Alico from TPL Direct Insurance Limited.
Earlier, IGI Insurance and Adamjee Insurance have shown interests for acquisition of Alico, it added.
