Breeze Pharmaceuticals Kahuta has decided to merge with the British company ICI. The merger would facilitate jobs for about 1000 skilled and unskilled professionals in addition to the workers already employed in the company. A spokesman of the pharmaceutical company said the decision is in line with the government’s policy of seeking trade, not aid. The two companies have inked MoU here paving the way for the ultimate merger. The pharmaceutical company has expressed hope that its efforts and decision for merger will attract foreign investment. The spokesman urged the concerned ministry to grant permission for since the two companies are keenly interested in playing a positive role for enhancement of business activities useful for the people and the industry.
