Siemens Pakistan Engineering Company Limited has informed Karachi Stock Exchange that Siemens AG, Germany (major share holder of Siemens Pakistan) has purchased 705,662 shares of Siemens Pakistan Engineering Company Limited.
Now the percentage of shares of Siemens AG, Germany in the company has increased from 66.1% to 74.65%.
